CSA FAQs: Using Filters in the Customer Portal
One thing we pride ourselves on at Carmel Swim Academy is providing a large selection of swim lesson class options for your family. While this is ultimately excellent in providing flexible choices that align with your individual scheduling needs, it can mean that there is an overwhelming amount of classes you see when you try to sign up. We want to help make this easier for you by ensuring you know how to use one of our most valuable registration site features: FILTERS! Read on to see the different ways you can layer filters to find the perfect class for your swimmers.

The excitement over Olympic Trials has reached a fever pitch, and we cannot wait for the meet to start at Lucas Oil Stadium in just three short days! Carmel Swim Academy is part of the larger Carmel Swim Club organization, and the connection between our programs is a unique strength.We wanted to ensure you all were able to cheer on all of our CSC athlete and alumni qualifiers as they compete between June 15 and 23. CSA FAQs: Limited Spots Display for Classes
One question we frequently get at the Carmel Swim Academy occurs before registration for a session begins. Our customer portal is a great tool for our families to utilize for scheduling swim lessons, requesting and applying makeup tokens, making payments, and more, but there is a system default that occasionally confuses people. We wanted to take a moment to demystify this question.

Where do I wait while my child is in the pool?
As we enter our busy summer season, we wanted to take a moment to remind you of one of Carmel Swim Academy’s key policies. When you have a swimmer in the water for lessons, you are welcome to watch their participation from either our elevated mezzanine viewing area or the accessible windows in the lobby on the first floor.

This month, we’d like to introduce you to Brooke Mangum! Brooke Brooke works as a Supervisor and Instructor at CSA. She graduated from Butler University in December with her Bachelor’s in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. She’ll attend Calvin University’s distance MA program in Speech-Language Pathology this fall. We asked her a few questions so you could get to know her better.
