This month, we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Singleton! In addition to being a Carmel Swim Academy instructor, Natalie works as Inventory Control Specialist at IU Health. She has been there for six years, and also has two cats and loves spending time with friends and family. We asked her a few questions so you could get to know her better.

How did you start working for the Carmel Swim Academy?
“I wanted to find something meaningful to do with my free time that I enjoy and look forward to. I definitely found that since working at CSA! When I figured out that I wanted to do something I enjoyed, I found a job application for CSA and immediately applied!”

How would you describe the culture at CSA?
“The culture at CSA is warm, inviting, and professional. It feels like friends are made as soon as you walk through the door!”
Why do you think swim lesson are important?
“Knowing how to swim is a very important skill everyone should know. Swimming is a lifesaving skill. Being involved in swim lesson is also an opportunity to accomplish something!”
What do you like about working at Carmel Swim Academy?
“Teaching kids how to swim is so rewarding! it’s amazing watching some of the kids that do not know how to swim at all advance and grow their swimming skills! It’s nice to know we are making a difference at CSA.”
What made you want to work at CSA?
“Before I started working at CSA, it seemed like a very professional and established place to work! Everyone was very nice and inviting and I’m happy I found CSA!”
