This month, we’d like to introduce you to Logan Berry! Logan works with CSA as a lifeguard and a deck attendant. He is also a student at Carmel High School. We asked him a few questions so you could get to know Logan better.
How did you start working with Carmel Swim Academy?
I first heard about CSA through my sister who had already been attending classes there. I had noticed that they were hiring and applied for a job.
How would you describe the culture at Carmel Swim Academy?
The atmosphere created by the staff makes everyone, including myself, feel welcomed.
What is your favorite thing you’ve noticed in the pool while working your lifeguard shifts at CSA?
My favorite thing that I’ve seen while I’ve been working here is how adaptive all of the staff are. Everybody is able to find ways to make sure every swimmer is having a great time.
What do you like best about working for the Carmel Swim Academy?
The best thing about working here is how accommodating everyone is.
